A weekly dose of strength training, honing and toning in the comfort of your own home.

This is exercise made as easy as ABC

  • C: payment details are sent after the class with a recording of the session.

Cost: £5.00. Unable to make a class no worries, buy the recording for £3.00. The video is live for 7 days

Cost: £8.00 per class (the second class is free!) or buy a 10 class pass £72.00. The 10 class pass is valid for 6 months.

Mixed Level Pilates Classes

What’s it all about?
My Mixed Level Pilates sessions are designed for an all-round body workout. We’ll use the core muscles as the powerhouse and support system, lengthening and strengthening the muscles to enhance muscle tone and build endurance and stability.

Who’s it suitable for?
Mixed Level Pilates is suitable for all levels and fitness abilities.

What should I expect?
Mixed Level Pilates is a unique combination of body conditioning, muscle strengthening and flexibility through low impact poses and breath work.

Pure Pilates Classes

What’s it all about?
My Pure Pilates session is the ultimate body sculptor! In this class, we’ll focus on a strong physical practice holding poses like planks, side planks and core exercises to strengthen and lengthen.

Who’s it suitable for?
Prior knowledge of Pilates is required to get the most out of this class.

What should I expect?
Pure Pilates features a series of traditional and Andreas-approved! exercises to work the inner and outer thighs, as well as a series to strengthen the back, hamstrings and glutes.
