Hatha Yoga Classes

What’s it all about?
My Hatha Yoga class is a slower pace of yoga, gentler on the body and a more relaxed pace. In the class, we range from slow long-held postures to gentle flow sequences that awaken the body calmly.

Hatha Yoga is generally any class that involves physical exercises. Ranging from slow long held postures to gentle flow sequences.

Who’s it suitable for?
Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels and fitness abilities.

What should I expect?
The style of each of my Hatha Yoga classes is on the class description. But typically, expect gentle, slow-paced movements, deep focus and a mindful appreciation of the body as we re-energise and enter a heightened state of consciousness.

Accessible Ashtanga Classes:

What’s it all about?
My Accessible Ashtanga class is a strong, dynamic, flowing practice. This means we’ll be repeating a Vinyasa Flow sequence, getting your heart rate up and switching poses, going deep into stretches and holding positions to enhance our physical and mental strength.

Who’s it suitable for?
Accessible Ashtanga is suitable for all levels, but a degree of fitness or prior knowledge of yoga is recommended. If you’re new, come along and join in! While I teach everyone as a class, I work my way around the room and help everyone individually. I’d be thrilled to help you start on your yoga journey.

What should I expect?
Expect to get a little sweaty, an increased heart rate and feel like your muscles have had a deep, conditioning workout. If you practice any other sports, Accessible Ashtanga is a great cross-trainer and really opens up the muscles to increase endurance, flexibility and strength.
